18,000 yen for each additional hour
Each hour includes a 15 minute break. Please pay at each session. We accept only cash of JPY. We don’t accept credit cards or foreign currencies.
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
Ryugendo is a private studio that is a traditional style in Japan. First E-mail us what, where, how big and when you would like to get tattooed. Appointments can be made up to one month in advance.

You can request one of the following.
- all done by TEBORI (true traditional way)
- outline by machine, shading and color by TEBORI (hybrid way)
Safety
We always use new needles, new pigment and new gloves. The other utensils are sterilized in an autoclave in strict accordance with regulations. This means they are heated to 134 degrees centigrade celsius at 200,000Pa steam pressure for at least twenty minutes. No microorganism can survive this temperature.

Master artisan of Ryugendo, who is a classically trained, traditional Irezumi tattoo artisan. For 30 years he has created traditional “TEBORI” hand poke tattooing.
